About the position

The Food Service Clerk at Bristol Farms is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the Food Service counter, serving prepared goods, and ensuring a positive experience for guests. This role requires a passion for food and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the Food Service counter by listening to requests and obtaining desired products.
• Answer the telephone and take orders when necessary.
• Itemize prices for counter goods.
• Properly use a slicer to cut weighable products as required.
• Wrap and/or box and label products.
• Make sandwiches and prepare lunch and dinner specials.
• Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on the counter and tables to promote sales.
• Stock and replenish products, napkins, condiments, and other items at the Food Service counter.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Customer service skills.
