Requirements

• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed.

• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh, full, and food safe experience during all hours of operations.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, defect, signing, and backstock.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards, Food Service Routines, and all food safety standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and inviting dining area for guests all day, every day.
• Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items as outlined in best practices.
• Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products.
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
• Complete Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Pizza Hut products.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU).
