About the position

As a Food Service Foreman at Qdoba, you will lead a team of Food Service Workers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals. This role involves planning and executing workloads, creating schedules, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance management. You will also handle customer interactions, ensuring any negative experiences are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Food Service Workers to exceed customer expectations.
• Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads to meet sales goals.
• Create schedules that align with customer and business needs.
• Foster a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences.
• Empower team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Promote a positive team and customer-centric culture.

Requirements

• Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience.
• Successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Six months of food supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a supervisory role in food service operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
