About the position

The Regional Director of Operations will lead food service operations across multiple K-12 locations, focusing on delivering exceptional service and strategic growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to inclusivity, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate a diverse team of Site Leads/Managers to ensure high-quality food service and operational excellence at each site.
• Build and nurture strong client partnerships, monitoring key performance metrics such as profitability, safety, and engagement.
• Work closely with leadership to exchange best practices, manage risks, and promote an inclusive environment.
• Oversee accounts with a focus on achieving long-term success and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location K-12 food service operations as a Regional Director.
• Strong leadership foundation with skills in contract oversight, budgeting, customer relations, staff development, and food service management.
• Demonstrated success in business growth with sound financial expertise.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make swift decisions.
• Outstanding client management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software skills.
