Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Chop vegetables, cook proteins, and assemble dishes.
• Serve meals to students and staff in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafeteria and kitchen area.
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including temperature control, hygiene practices, and allergen awareness.
• Report any maintenance issues with the production floor to the Production Manager.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and students.
