About the position

The Food Service Team Member at Nouria Energy plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Food Service Station. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Team members are empowered to provide a welcoming environment and contribute to the store's profitability and growth by meeting customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all fresh made to order food items
• Maintaining all self-service food offerings including coffee and fresh case items
• Loading product into fresh case as needed
• Operating the cash register
• Providing best in class customer service
• Maintaining high levels of sanitation
• Assisting in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability
• Stocking and back stocking supplies and condiments
• Greeting every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
• Suggesting possible purchases to customers and promoting specials
• Assuming full responsibility for the execution of Nouria's customer service program
• Minimizing safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers
• Maintaining safety and security of the store and documenting any accidents or incidents
• Managing the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the store
• Operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
• Reporting workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses
• Completing the new employee safety orientation procedure

Requirements

• Product/production processes understanding
• Allergen & Food Safety Awareness
• Basic knowledge of the product and production processes
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
