About the position

As a Food Service Worker at Charley's, you will engage directly with customers, providing them with an exceptional dining experience. Your role will involve preparing and serving food, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds).
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
• Able to take initiative and possess brand knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
