About the position

Responsibilities

- Cleans immediate work areas and maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Washes small wares and equipment, conforming to all sanitary codes and standards.
- Prepares cold foods, salads, and nourishment as needed or required.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- One year experience in Food Service or Food Prep in a health care setting.
- General knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently with proper direction.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous geriatric experience preferred.
