Responsibilities

• Drive to events and park the food trailer.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including cooking areas and serving counters.
• Handle food safely and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Utilize Square POS system for order processing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions.
• Culinary skills are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
