About the position

The Foodservice Account Executive at Botrista is a pivotal role focused on expanding the company's presence in various verticals such as College & University, Arenas, Healthcare, and Premium Office Spaces. This position involves managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to customer training and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on achieving revenue targets and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieving revenue targets
• Providing white-glove service to new customers
• Identifying target segments and pitching new business opportunities
• Delivering sales demonstrations to prospective clients
• Coordinating operational deployments with team members and with other departments

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or growth
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience conducting business with food service businesses, particularly non-commercial food service providers and contract caterers
• Operational experience with deploying new products and/or services to partners
• Beverage and refreshments experience, preferably with fountain drinks or other non-ready-to-drink beverages
• Experience expanding account sales after initial contract
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
