About the position

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within Ford Dealerships.
  • Train, advise, and support dealership personnel on Ford Accessories sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives tied to individual dealership goals.
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability.
  • Develop customized displays and point-of-sale materials for Ford Accessories.
  • Create and implement incentive programs to boost sales within dealerships.
  • Provide local accessory support for divisional and dealer events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of dealership operations.
  • Passion for working with and selling to dealerships.
  • Full-time availability to work in assigned geographical territory.
  • Ability to prepare for dealer meetings outside of normal business hours.
  • Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Previous military service is recognized and considered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in entrepreneurial sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Ford Accessories and dealership sales processes.
