About the position

The Territory Sales Manager position at Southwest Accessory Group is focused on promoting and selling Ford Accessories within Ford Dealerships in the Nashville market. This role combines a salary with commission and includes a car and cell phone allowance. The manager will work closely with dealership personnel to enhance sales processes and improve profitability for the dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within assigned Ford Dealerships.
  • Train, advise, and support dealership personnel on Ford Accessories sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives tied to individual dealership goals.
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability.
  • Develop customized displays and incentive programs for Ford Accessories.
  • Provide local accessory support for divisional and dealer events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Basic understanding of dealership operations.
  • Passion for working with and selling to dealerships.
  • Full-time availability to work in assigned geographical territory.
  • Proximity to the Metro Nashville area is required.
  • Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TEAMS is desired.
