About the position

The Territory Sales Manager position at Southwest Accessory Group is focused on promoting and selling Ford Accessories within Ford Dealerships in the Nashville market area. This role combines a salary with commission and includes a car and cell phone allowance. The manager will work closely with dealership personnel to enhance sales processes and improve profitability, while also meeting monthly sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within Ford Dealerships in the assigned geographical territory.
  • Train, advise, and support dealership personnel on Ford Accessories sales.
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability opportunities.
  • Develop customized displays and point-of-sale materials to support sales.
  • Create engagement by training dealership staff on selling processes for Ford Accessories.
  • Provide local accessory support for divisional and dealer events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of dealership operations.
  • Full-time availability to work in dealerships within the assigned territory.
  • Proximity to the Metro Nashville area is required.
  • Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TEAMS is desired.
