Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and diagnostics on Ford vehicles.
• Complete Ford technician online training and maintain master certification in one or more areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Automotive repair experience at a mid-level or higher.
• Valid driver's license and insurable through the company's insurance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
• Completion of Ford technician online training and master certification in relevant areas.

Nice-to-haves

• NH state inspection license (not required but a plus).
