Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the parts department team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of high-volume dealership Parts Manager experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top-performing team.
- Strong inventory management experience and knowledge of inventory control.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
