Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the parts department team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Develop, motivate, and retain a successful parts counter team.
  • Implement best practices for customer service and satisfaction in the parts department.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of high-volume dealership Parts Manager experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top-performing team.
  • Strong inventory management experience and knowledge of inventory control.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
