About the position

Ford Pro is looking to add a thoughtful, experienced, and driven Project Coordinator to support its Ford Pro Charging Business. As a Project Coordinator for the Ford Pro Charging team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of all related activities of assigned projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients, facilitating effective communication and information sharing. Your ability to create bespoke project analysis will highlight timelines, volumes, and production, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to stakeholder communication, you will maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables. Generating regular progress reports for project stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also identify potential project risks and issues, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues that may impact project delivery. Monitoring project deliverables and outcomes to ensure they meet quality standards will be essential, as will assisting in monitoring project sales and assets shipped, communicating product sales and their direct impact on team sales targets. You will coordinate project meetings and training sessions as needed, tracking action items and ensuring project compliance with all applicable company regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Sustainability or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in project coordination, project management, cross-functional organization support or related field.
  • Familiarity with Project Management software tools and methodologies.
