About the position

The Ford Accessory Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Suburban Automotive Services (SAS) is responsible for driving accessory sales within a designated territory by building strong relationships with franchised dealerships. This role focuses on implementing innovative sales strategies, training dealership staff, and achieving sales targets set by Ford. The TSM will represent the Ford Accessory Division and play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with dealership management to maximize accessory sales and profits.
  • Develop and communicate monthly objectives to achieve targets set by Ford.
  • Travel to dealerships within your territory to foster strong relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and create engaging programs to meet customer needs.
  • Host training sessions to ensure dealership staff are knowledgeable about our products.
  • Provide clear communication regarding objectives, new products, and performance recaps.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for Ford vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, ready to tackle challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
