About the position
ADUSA Procurement is a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, providing supply chain services that support the delivery of products from a supplier to the warehouse. This paid internship experience is an opportunity to help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation, and leadership. Interns will gain an insider view of the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical, and leadership skills geared towards enhancing their career. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The internship runs from May 27, 2025, through August 15, 2025, and requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Participate in impactful project work to develop skills and knowledge.
- Engage in leadership speaker sessions and development activities.
- Receive one-on-one mentoring.
- Involve in group community service events.
- Network and engage professionally with others in the company.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a business-related field.
- Experience working in a collaborative group setting.
- Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately, and effectively.
- Ability to succeed while working independently.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to Power BI.
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
