Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and maintenance on foreclosed properties.
• Conduct lawn maintenance and winterization tasks.
• Change locks and remove debris as needed.
• Provide janitorial services and board-ups.
• Bid on and complete minor and major repairs.
• Document work with clear before, during, and after photos.
• Submit electronic documentation of completed work.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in general contracting or handyman services.
• Ability to perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, drywall, and locksmithing.
• Must have own truck and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in tree trimming and lawn care.
• Janitorial experience.
