We are currently seeking an experienced Foreclosure Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a solid understanding of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. As a Foreclosure Bankruptcy Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. You will also be expected to communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the foreclosure process. Familiarity with software such as Black Knight (LPS), Tempo, and Lenstar is highly desirable, as these tools are integral to our operations. This is a full-time position with an immediate hire and training available. The salary for this role ranges from $43,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
