About the position
The position involves providing handyman and landscaping services for pre-foreclosure and REO properties in the San Diego area. The role requires vendors to perform various tasks including securing properties, trash removal, landscaping, and minor repairs, as well as conducting sheriff-accompanied evictions and lock changes. The ideal candidate should be local to San Diego to facilitate the procurement of necessary documentation and photographs for client bids.
Responsibilities
- Secure properties as needed.
- Perform trash removal from properties.
- Conduct bi-weekly grass cuts and landscaping services.
- Handle janitorial tasks for properties.
- Carry out minor repairs as required.
- Install fencing when necessary.
- Conduct sheriff-accompanied evictions and lock changes.
- Document properties with 'Before' photographs for client bids.
Requirements
- Ability to take and compress large batches of digital photos (100+).
- Proficiency in using Dropbox, Google Photos, or email for sending files.
- General Liability Insurance (preferred but not mandatory during ramp-up).
