As a key member of our firm, you will play a vital role in managing foreclosure cases from referral through to conclusion. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks including ordering title, obtaining payoffs, and preparing necessary documents such as deeds and assignments. You will be responsible for meeting time-sensitive deadlines and providing timely updates and responses to clients, ensuring that all aspects of the foreclosure process are managed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of related foreclosure experience and have a broad knowledge of real estate default services. Familiarity with software such as LPS, Caseaware, and Tempo is a plus. You will need to demonstrate superior organizational skills, strong research and writing abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing a heavy workload. The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure is essential, as is confidence in communicating with clients and stakeholders over the phone.
