About the position
The Foreman Labor position at Zachry Group involves supervising and mentoring employees while overseeing repairs and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The Foreman will be responsible for training crews and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train employees/crews as needed
- Supervise and oversee repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Foreman preferred
- Ability to read and interpret prints and plans
- Must be self-motivated
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Good aptitude and manual dexterity
- Good reading comprehension
- Ability to work with others - team player
- Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
- Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations
- Experience using industrial hand tools and power tools
