The Foreman/Supervisor position at The Bradley Group involves overseeing installation work in the High Point/Greensboro NC area. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4-5 people for installation work.
- Ensure materials are on-site and ready for installation.
- Keep accurate time cards for team members.
- Plan and layout ductwork, plumbing, or piping as required.
- Sketch fittings for duct connections.
- Understand rigging signals and set HVAC equipment using cranes and forklifts.
- Maintain inventory and organize materials for jobs.
- Load installation trucks with necessary equipment and materials.
Requirements
- Forklift Certification
- 2 years of foreman or supervisory experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork
- Experience with rigging and welding
- Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
- Mechanically inclined and able to work in a team environment.
