Responsibilities
- Learn to supervise and lead production team members to safely accomplish plant goals
- Ensure quality control standards are met and Luck Stone quality programs are followed
- Oversee pit blasting program, including design and loading of shots
- Proactively maintain safe operations and compliance with regulations at all times
- Ensure Luck Stone plant appearance standards are met
- Represent Luck Stone with neighbors, customers, and inspectors
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant mining experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related field preferred
