The Forensic Accounting Senior Manager at Withum will lead a team of forensic accounting professionals in conducting investigations related to fraud and other financial misconduct. Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting investigations and internal audits.
• Manage a team of forensic accountants and analysts.
• Conduct interviews and gather evidence for investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and legal counsel.
• Serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting forensic accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting required.
• CPA License required.
• Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in forensic accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a forensic team.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills.
• Market-facing, business development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• CFE or CFF credential preferred.
• Expert witness experience or desire to become a testifying witness.
