This position requires a proactive approach to performing root cause investigations and implementing effective resolutions to production-related engineering problems. The engineer will also be tasked with modifying existing processes and routings to enhance cost efficiency, quality, and productivity. Additionally, the Manufacturing Engineer will engage with tooling engineers, maintenance teams, production associates, and quality assurance personnel, as well as participate in cross-functional Lean manufacturing initiatives.
