About The Position

The Forklift Driver position at Exceptional Staffing LLC involves operating forklifts to manage the movement of materials and merchandise within a warehouse setting. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely shipment of products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in operating pallet jacks and electrical pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Re-stock and accept incoming orders.
• Process and pack orders accurately.
• Count inventory and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections and walkthroughs of the work area.
