Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, including scissor lift to apply labels to racking pallet positions, reaching up to 20-feet high beams.
- Conduct routine inspections of lift trucks and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks in the workplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift operator certification is required.
- Scissor Lift Operator certification is required.
- Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety.
