About the position
We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Stand Up Forklift Operators for a full-time position in Davie, FL. The role involves operating forklifts to pull, load, receive, and store products in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
- Pull, load, receive, and put away inventory accurately.
- Locate products using technology and retrieve orders according to specified quantities.
- Build pallets with orders and position them for loading onto trucks.
- Wrap orders securely before loading them onto trucks.
- Re-stock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment.
- Keep accurate records of completed orders and inventory levels.
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Forklift Certification is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in warehouse operations such as Picker, Packer, Order Selector, Shipping, and Receiving is preferred.
- Stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack experience is required.
- Great attention to detail is essential.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
