We are backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue, and our founders previously built Tome, a generative AI presentation product used by over 25 million people. Before Lightfield, our team worked on Llama, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce. We're hiring a Forward-Deployed Strategist to own pipeline generation for a portfolio of companies. We've shipped a product founders love. Nearly 2,000 companies have signed up since our November launch. Pipeline generation is the motion we're building on top of it, and it's growing the fastest. Most outbound tools start from a generic database. Lightfield starts from a company's own closed-won customers, call transcripts, and connection graph. The agent runs the machine. It scores accounts, drafts sequences in the customer's own words, runs email and LinkedIn cadences, escalates replies, and reports in plain language. You bring the judgment. You read the business and its buyers, decide what to target and what to say, and carry the relationship with the founder. In the near term, you're the trusted outbound partner across a large book of accounts, on the hook for the value each one gets. You become their go-to on outbound: you guide the strategy, make the hard calls, and keep finding new ways to drive results. You can carry a book this size because Lightfield does the execution underneath you. The bigger prize is the playbook. Run this across a portfolio and you see what works before anyone else, and what you build becomes how the whole motion runs. This is a founding individual-contributor role. You run the book yourself today, with a clear path to leading the program as it grows. You work closely with our go-to-market lead and our founders, and report to the Head of Customer Success.
