For our location in Hamburg we are looking for a Freight Forwarding Agent Sea Freight Export LCL (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete order processing of sea freight consols.
- Communicate with customers, agents, international business partners, and warehouse and port operations.
- Record all relevant data using the 'Cargowise ONE' processing software.
- Monitor on-time planning in compliance with closings and free storage times.
- Prepare customer invoices and check and record incoming invoices.
- Ensure the proper processing of damage claims.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk.
- Experience in sea freight export LCL/FCL.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- Confident communication in written and spoken German and English.
- Independent and autonomous way of working.
