About the position

The Foster Boarding Supervising Clinician will work closely with children, biological families, and foster families to provide evidence-based treatment aimed at stabilizing and improving children's behavioral health issues. The role focuses on supporting client and family-identified goals and outcomes, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based treatment to children with behavioral health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with biological families and foster families.
  • Support client and family-identified goals and outcomes.
  • Stabilize and improve children's behavioral health.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for behavioral health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in foster care or child welfare systems.
  • Certification in trauma-informed care.
  • Bilingual skills.
