About The Position
The Foster Care Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for providing direct case management services to children, birth families, foster families, and primary caregivers. The role focuses on ensuring that these individuals receive appropriate services and continuity of care aimed at resolving or preventing child abuse or neglect. The Case Manager will engage in assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy while maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.
