In this position, the coordinator will utilize excellent project management skills, thoughtful leadership, and strong communication abilities to develop, plan, and implement specific development projects and program duties. Responsibilities include researching innovative learning strategies to attract and retain high-performance talent, coordinating logistics for training workshops and retreats, and providing learning assistance to stakeholders. The coordinator will also support the Senior Manager in developing staffing and recruitment plans, ensuring compliance with HR standards, and enhancing existing programs such as onboarding and training for Foundation employees. The role requires a strategic thinker who can recommend and assist in launching new initiatives, coordinate coaching and mentoring opportunities, and develop relationships with external vendors. The coordinator will serve as a project coordinator, managing project scope and budget, communicating project status, and analyzing operations processes to improve quality and efficiency. Additionally, the coordinator will provide high-level administrative support, including data analysis, meeting coordination, and project budgeting, while acting as a solutions provider and customer service representative for internal teams.
