About the position

Foundations For Life South, LLC is looking for dedicated individuals to support children with developmental and behavioral disabilities. The role involves providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to youth, primarily in their homes and in community settings. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the children served.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and encourage an independent normalized environment for youth.
• Provide support and training in personal hygiene, grooming, cooking, cleaning skills, socialization, recreation, medication, and menu planning.
• Engage youth in community activities and fun outings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in care.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of full-time relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves
