About the position

The Founding Account Executive at Reval will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, particularly in the recruiting and HR sectors. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, conducting product demos, and building strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success. The position is on-site and full-time, requiring a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the recruiting and HR space.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating.
  • Conduct product demos and lead onboarding sessions to showcase the value of Reval's platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Leverage tools and technology to enhance the sales process and support Reval's growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a SaaS Account Executive or similar sales role, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prior experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts, with a successful track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with HR/recruiting technology is a plus, with a strong understanding of scaling solutions within the recruiting landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative sales processes and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Experience conducting product demos, managing objections, and negotiating contracts at the enterprise level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • High level of grit, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies to track performance and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting objectives.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $110,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $140,000 - $200,000
