About the position

As a Founding Growth Marketing Manager at OffDeal, you will collaborate closely with the founders to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving immediate revenue and building long-term brand awareness. This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads and optimizing marketing efficiency across various channels, directly influencing the future of small business transactions in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a multi-channel paid marketing strategy.
  • Own and execute end-to-end paid ads campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Reddit.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, lead magnets, and audience targeting to improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage a scalable omni-channel outbound strategy (e.g. email, mailers, cold calls, etc.).
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy (e.g. blogs, social media, etc.).
  • Continuously ideate, implement, and iterate on creative growth hacking strategies to expand brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth.
  • Collaborate with digital, SEO, and cold outbound contractors to ensure brand message consistency.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic ecosystem partnerships, referral programs, and influencer collaborations to diversify lead sources.
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, with a strong record in demand capture strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing paid ads end-to-end across Google Ads and other channels.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to write engaging content.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products/services aimed at small business owners is a strong plus.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
