About the position

The Founding Head of AI will lead the development of an innovative AI personal stylist platform in the fashion industry. This role involves taking ownership of the machine learning product from inception to execution, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with brand offerings. The position is integral to the startup's mission of revolutionizing how customers connect with fashion brands for events, requiring both technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models from scratch.
• Own the product roadmap and building process for the AI platform.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive the startup's funding efforts, particularly for Series A funding.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to innovate and enhance the AI personal stylist product.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in building machine learning and AI models, particularly recommendation and personalization engines.
• Hands-on experience in the end-to-end development of AI products.
• Experience in early-stage startups, including participation in funding rounds.
• Strong project ownership and motivation to build AI/ML products.
• Ability to convert non-technical concepts into engineering solutions.

• Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLM, Pytorch, Python, and Tensorflow.
