About the position

As the first design hire at Recruiting from Scratch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of our innovative AI-driven B2B product. This position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that enhance private M&A deal-making processes, collaborating closely with external partners and contributing to product direction and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for AI-driven products.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance product offerings.
• Contribute to product decisions and prioritization.
• Lead design projects from conception to execution.
• Create human-in-the-loop UI design elements for LLMs.
• Develop an AI-driven, auto-filled hypothesis tracker for investment research.
• Design best-in-class market research and web scraping tools.
• Implement real-time collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Exceptional design taste and judgment.
• Experience in leading design projects end-to-end.
• Ability to code and implement design solutions.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Eagerness to contribute to product decisions.
