About the position

Toku is seeking a hands-on and driven Product Manager to lead the development of its innovative platform at the intersection of fintech, web3, and enterprise software. This role involves taking ownership of the product development process, driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and creating clear product documentation. The Product Manager will play a key role in establishing a new category of token-based compensation, particularly for clients in the fintech and crypto sectors.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end development process for the platform, from ideation to execution.
• Define the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features and initiatives that address global employment and compensation challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Interface directly with enterprise clients to gather feedback and insights for product improvements and new features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and other external content for a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of founder or product management experience, ideally with multiple successful fintech product launches.
• Proven track record of building products that scaled beyond $20M+ ARR.
• Hands-on experience as an early PM or founder at a fintech or SaaS startup.
• Deep financial product expertise with experience in building fintech products with complex regulatory needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, engaging product collateral for stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
• An interest and understanding of crypto products.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a startup environment with a focus on product management in fintech or SaaS.
• Familiarity with token-based compensation models and their implications in the crypto space.
