As a Founding Sales Development Representative at HireIdeal, you will be an integral part of our mission to connect the world through reputation. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, managing the customer pipeline, and conducting outbound sales outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success as we expand our reach in the market. In this position, you will engage with customers and prospects daily, showcasing the value of our platform across various industries. You will also be responsible for scheduling and leading product demos and onboarding sessions, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our services. Your role will involve using tools and technology to enhance our sales processes and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales development & lead generation role
  • Experience leading demos and onboarding sessions
  • Prior hands-on experience with HR/recruiting technology
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of grit and resilience
  • Proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges
  • Ability to bring perspective on tools, techniques, and tactics to attract ideal customers
