About the position

As a Solution Architect at Altimate AI, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers, product teams, and the market. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for users, translating their feedback into impactful solutions while delivering technical pitches and guiding proof-of-concepts. Responsibilities

• Deliver technical pitches and demos to convert prospects into customers.
• Guide proof-of-concepts from initiation to success, demonstrating measurable value and ROI.
• Act as the primary interface for global users, collecting feedback and implementing actionable improvements.
• Assist new customers with onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and immediate wins.
• Increase product usage within existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within the data infrastructure ecosystem (e.g., Solutions Architect, Professional Services Engineer, Consultant).
• Familiarity with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other components of the modern data stack.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated passion, persistence, and a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Series A or B startup environment.
• Familiarity with additional modern data platforms.
