About the position

As the Founding Tech Recruiter/Sourcer at Dyna Robotics, you will play a crucial role in building and shaping the company's workforce and culture from the ground up. This onsite position in Redwood City, CA, involves defining and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and contributing to various startup functions such as marketing and culture-building. You will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to drive the company's mission of revolutionizing robotic manipulation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for all teams.
  • Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from branding and events to sourcing and referrals.
  • Source, establish and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring health and velocity of the talent pipeline while monitoring data integrity and reporting.
  • Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation.
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
  • Create and own an exceptionally positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity as well as data integrity and reporting.
  • Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share progress with the hiring team.
  • Contribute to culture-building initiatives and assist with cross-functional projects in marketing, PR, and sales as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies.
  • Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance.
  • Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions.
  • Previous start-up experience preferred; if no start-up experience, then at a minimum must have worked at an agency company that recruited for tech companies.
