Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Stand for 8-10 hours a day while performing various tasks in the foundry.
• Read and interpret instructions and material requirement recipes accurately.
• Participate in training and skill development in areas such as pattern making, melting metals, grinding, molding, core making, machining, and product testing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and material requirement recipes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of metalworking processes.
