About the position

The Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer position at Intel's New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) focuses on supporting the startup and ramp-up of Foveros advanced packaging High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). The role involves leveraging technical skills and collaboration across various teams to enhance production efficiencies, conduct data analysis, and implement new systems and applications within the factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, tools, and strategies to manage tactical WIP (Work in Progress) flow through the factory
• Provide inputs and requirements for new Automation tools/reports/UIs (User Interfaces)
• Troubleshoot report and application issues
• Develop and review key indicators to measure factory performance and provide recommendations to factory management
• Act as a liaison with other factory groups such as Module/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration, Planning and Automation, as well as Virtual Factory counterparts

Requirements

• Bachelor's in an Engineering field, such as Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• 1+ year experience in semiconductor fabrication process and/or equipment, or 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL Pathfinder, Toad, etc.) (preferred)
• Experience with Data Analysis (Excel, JMP, SQL, etc.) (preferred)
• Scripting experience (Python, JSL, etc.) (preferred)

• Operations Research knowledge (Theory of Constraints, Linear Programming, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Science, etc.)
• Database knowledge
