About the position

This role will act as a key finance partner of the Diversified Markets FP&A team, responsible for preparing month-end close reviews, assisting in forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting ad-hoc business requests and special projects. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders across various business lines, including Tech, Retail, e-Commerce, Services, and 3rd Party Collections, to identify revenue opportunities and optimize costs. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person attendance at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and trends.
• Support and assist in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with the vertical and sales team to review business cases for future development.
• Advance financial models to support growth initiatives and prioritization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with business software packages, including MS Office, ERP systems (PeopleSoft, OneStream, Salesforce), BI and Data Visualization tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills for effective presentations at all organizational levels.
• Ability to operate under challenging time constraints and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
