About the position

The FP&A Analyst for Diversified Markets at TransUnion plays a crucial role as a finance partner within the FP&A team. This position is responsible for preparing month-end close reviews, assisting in forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting various ad-hoc business requests and special projects. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business lines to identify revenue opportunities and optimize costs, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing analysis of key variances and trends.
• Support the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with vertical and sales teams to review business cases and advance financial models for growth initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc business requests and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with business software packages, including MS Office, ERP systems (PeopleSoft, OneStream, Salesforce), and BI/Data Visualization tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills for effective presentations at all organizational levels.
• Ability to operate under challenging time constraints and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
