FP&A Analyst (Hybrid Opportunity)

About the position

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst at ANI Pharmaceuticals, you will lead our financial planning, budgeting, and analytical activities. You will provide insightful analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. We are looking for someone who has a passion for numbers with an understanding of how forecasting, trends, and planning can provide business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis to recommend actionable insights to senior management for financial plans, trends, forecasts, variances and areas for opportunity or concern
• Conduct evaluations on justifications for capital expenditures
• Support management with information requests for areas of cost and revenue
• Ongoing analysis of corporate projects and investments
• Document and review revenue and expenses to compare against actual to forecasted figures, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for opportunity including forecasting accuracy and resource allocation optimizations
• Perform analysis to help with the month end close

Requirements

• Associates degree in Accounting with a minimum 3 years' equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred
• Big Four CPA firm experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work under pressure and within short deadlines
• Must be able to communicate effectively and pro-actively
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with others
• Prior healthcare/pharmaceutical experience preferred
