About the position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst II role at SNC involves supporting Business Operations through analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements. The position requires participation in Overhead and General & Administrative planning, coordination of financial deliverables, and ensuring accuracy in reporting within the ISR, Aviation, and Security business area.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and oversight of financials and resource planning.
• Participate in Overhead and General & Administrative planning.
• Coordinate submittals of financial deliverables to corporate entities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Typically 2 years or more of related work experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements.
• Experience with indirect rate composition.
• Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and public auditing policies.
